The I-85 North Board of REALTORS® would like to welcome you to our

and the

REALTORS®.
The I-85 North Board of REALTORS® serves four counties in Northeast
Georgia -- Jackson, Banks, Franklin, and Hart.

IMPORTANT MEMBER COMPLIANCE &
MEMBER BENEFITS INFORMATION The Board
has made revisions in order to better serve our members.
Effective June 1 each individual REALTOR and /
or PARTNER may purchase a web link from the I-85 NBOR that will take
you directly from your information on our website to your web page
or email.
The cost for this service is $10.00 per link
for the remainder of the year.
Each individual member should fill out the
Member Update Form
provided in the email that was sent out 6-4-2008 to update your
personal information and your office information. If you are
interested in having a web link you will need to fill that part of
the paper out as well. These forms shall be turned into the Board
office no later than June 15 2008.
Once ALL of the member update forms have been
turned in, the Board will release an email contact list to all of
our members containing all the email addresses for each member of
the Board.
If you do not want to be included in this email
list you must fill out the appropriate section on the member update
form to "opt out"

Article VI. Privileges and Obligations.
Section 12. Certification by REALTOR®.
Broker / Designated REALTOR® Members of the Board will
receive a License Certification Form that will be completely filled
out and turned in to the Board Office by September 30th
each year. This form shall serve as a complete listing of all
individuals licensed or certified in the REALTORS® office(s)
and shall designate a primary Board for each individual who holds
membership. Designated REALTORS® shall also identify any
non-member licensees in the REALTORS® office(s) and if
Designated REALTOR® dues have been paid to another Board
based on said non-member licensees, the Designated REALTOR®
shall identify the Board to which dues have been remitted.
Broker / Designated REALTOR® Members are
required to submit a Firm License Status Report to the Board Office
by the 15th of each month following the first three
quarter ends of the year. (i.e.: April 15th, July 15th,
October15th.)
These declarations shall be used for
purposes of calculating dues under Article X, Section 2(a) of the
Bylaws, “Designated” REALTOR® Members shall also notify the
Board of any additional individual(s) licensed or certified with the
firm(s) within 30 days of the date of affiliation or severance of
the individual.
I will send out a reminder for the Firm License
Status Report at the beginning of each applicable month.
